Preventive, Adoption & Foster Care Services for Youth and Families

CCM uses a holistic approach to meet the multiple needs of families and children either facing foster care, or who are currently in the foster care system. Our services include general child abuse prevention, specialized preventive services for families affected by substance abuse, and foster care and adoption.

Children and Parents (CAP) Program - provides general child abuse preventive intervention and services to families who have had contact with child welfare authorities due to issues related to abuse and neglect allegations.

First Step Family Rehabilitation Programs (FRP & FRP II)
Meets the needs of families struggling with substance abuse issues that are threatening to disrupt the family structure.

Foster Care and Adoption Program (FCAP)
Temporary placement in safe and carefully-selected homes for children whose parents or guardians are unable or unwilling to take care of them; and finding adoptive families for children in need of stable, permanent homes.

Preparing Youth for Adulthood (PYA)
Pre- and post-discharge services designed to assist youth in out-of-home placement prepare for their future and make a successful transition into adulthood.
